Ellesse Balli, co-founder and CEO of Declarative, was selected as one of Utah Business’ Forty under 40 honorees for 2025.

This prestigious award recognizes the state’s most influential leaders who are impacting Utah’s business landscape significantly–all before reaching the age of 40. 

Ellesse was nominated by two team members at Declarative, who wanted to increase visibility for a leader they admire and respect. In their words, she is known for her unwavering integrity, genuine warmth, and creative brilliance.

When asked about the award, Balli noted that she is honored to be part of such a dynamic cohort and wanted to instead spotlight her patient mentors and wildly talented team.
